Pastel hair - Even though its autumn, I have been loving pastel colours this month, and pastel hair just looks so gorgeous to me, wish I could do it with my hair. Especially pink pastel, I'm so tempted to dye a little strand of my hair pink again!

Sky Ferreria - Not sure how I found Sky but at first I thought she was just a model but turns out she's a singer, she is so gorgeous and her hair is unreal! I will grow mine that long. I can't stop listening to her music.

Models Own Nail Varnish - I have started my collection of models own nail varnishes and its growing fast, these nail varnishes are so creamy and opaque. The colour choice is just as amazing.

Vaseline - My lips are horrible in the cold months but vaseline has really saved me.

Breaking Dawn (The film, I just couldn't fine the cinema ticket) - Omg, best twilight movie yet, I cried pretty much all the way through. I liked it because there wasn't much fighting ha! Bella looked lush and the whole honeymoon scene was heavenly, want my honeymoon to be like that.

Empire of The Sun - Another music obsession, I've loved these for years but we have reunited over the past month.

Urban Decay Naked Pallet - I love wearing eyeshadow in autumn and winter, Urban Decay have the best eyeshadows in my opinion. This pallet has the perfect natural colours.

Dream Catchers - Starting to build my collection up, I think they are so beautiful and I love the concept of them.

children in need 2011

Duh, I painted my nails again! I can't wait to get this colour off though, the yellow makes me feel a bit sick! It is Barry M's nail paint in yellow, not sure why anyone would buy this colour to wear seriously its a bit overwhelming. I'm not really going to watch the children and need show tonight, it just goes on for soooo long, I really feel like watching ugly betty, I really want to be ugly betty, like so bad! I want her job. Oooo guess what, I got my hair dyed again! I didn't like the brown at all and decided that brown hair isn't for me. Yesterday my mum payed for me to get highlights as an early Christmas present, so I'm almost back to blonde now! I think I will need one more highlight 'session' to go back to the colour I originally was. No one has even noticed I've had it done but it is defiantly a different colour.

Modern Family - Jessica got me obsessed with this program, its sooo funny I don't have the DVDs so I watch it online, don't shoot me.

Lights - I have been searching for new music to listen too and I found on someones tumblr a musician called Lights. Her music is so different, it is very electronic which makes it so addictive. Her voice is so beautiful and fresh, some of her songs are Christian songs, I am not religious but they send out a very positive message.

The Fresh Prince of Bel Air - Ever since friends has been took off E4 I have been very depressed, though I have found on VIVA The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, I have always loved this show but now it is played every evening just like friends was. It has started to make me feel a bit better though I still miss friends so much (yes, I have the DVDs but its just not the same!)

Jack Wills nail varnish - When Jack Wills first brought these nail varnishes out I wasn't expecting much, I though they would chip straight away and be a really thin consistency. But I tried them and was greatly surprised, they are really thick and opaque, they hardly chip and come in loads of lovely colours. For only £6 you should try them.

Art - Now its coming to the cold winter nights I have found myself snuggling up in bed on an evening just drawing, I have ongoing coursework from my a level art but I have just been enjoying more than usual, drawing. It really relaxes me.

Dove Silk Dry Deodorant - I used to use Sure spray deodorants but I found they were beginning to go flakey when I put them on, they would always leave white marks when they claimed not to so I decided to switch to this. I really dislike roll on deodorants but this is literally like a soap. Its so moisturising and doesn't take ages to dry like regular deodorants. I have defiantly noticed a difference in my underarms since using this. It keeps you dry and smelling good all day.

Diet Coke - This will come as no surprise to most of you, as y'all know I'm addicted. Ugh its so tasty! I can't get enough of it! I know its bad for me but if I don't have at least one a day I start to go cold turkey!

Staedtler Fineliners - I love these pens! They are so colourful and make revision so much more fun.

Demi Lovato - Unbroken Album - I love Demi Lovato so much, she is such an inspiration and she is super talented. She has over come lots of difficult things this past year and I'm so proud of her, she is so beautiful inside and out. The first time I heard it, it made me cry. My favourite songs are, hold up (especially 0.33 - 0.36), unbroken, for the love of a daughter, fix a heart, give your heart a break (2.18 - 2. you can really hear how talented she is here) & skyscraper remix.

Conrad Roset - I found this artist on tumblr, I was looking for water colour paintings for my art homework and came across him. I love his work, its so original and looks great. I have been doing some drawings similar to his of my bunnies for my art but they are no were near as good.

Benefit Hula Bronzer - This is defiantly my favourite benefit product I have ever tried. When I was on holiday I used it to even out my skin tone when I burnt my face, it reduced the redness and made my skin not as shiny. I have been using it pretty much everyday to enhance my tan since I got home from holiday, it isn't full coverage at all because its only a bronzer but I don't need full coverage, so its great for me.

No7 Mascara - New favourite mascara, it is so so so so good. It gives loads of length which I need because my lashes are ridiculously short, you can build it up to about 6 coats before it starts getting clumpy. Love it.

Hempz Deep Hydration Moisture Treatment - Since my holiday my hair has been so damaged off the sun and my hair has been falling out like I don't know what, I wanted to get a hair masque to keep my hair healthy and my mum found this for me, it was originally £15.95 but I got it on sale at a salon for £2! It smells like moisturiser, it makes your hair really soft and shiny, my hair feels much healthier.

Jack Wills Socks - Weird favourite, but it has been really windy and cold where I live, so when I have been getting home from school I put these on and they keep my feet and legs really warm, these were originally £19 which I think is too much for socks! But i got them off the Jack Wills outlet online store for about £14. You have to be a good customer and buy lots of things on their main site before you can be invited to the outlet store though.

Neutrogena Face Wash - I usually use the clinique face wash but I was running out and didn't have enough money for another one, so I was watching one of meganheartsmakeup's videos and she suggested these, I thought you couldn't get them in the uk but I saw them in superdrug and they were cheap so I thought I would try them. I have only used them a couple of times because I'm not very consistent at washing my face every day (I usually use no7 wipes) my brother has used them more than me, it really annoys me though, he steals my stuff all the time! And he was using them together and you're only supposed to use one or the other, ugh anyways, I really like them, they are fragranced though which I'm a little concerned about because I have sensitive skin, they take a while to wash off fully and my hot tap gets hot sooooo quick which is another annoyance. But they do leave your face nice and refreshed, they also get rid of spots really quick, as my brother has found out.

Not Going Out - I'm obsessed with this show, its so funny! I literally 'lol' every time. My brother got me addicted I watched all 4 seasons in less than a week. I actually find lee mack rather attractive now...

pink overload

la riche, directions - coronation pink

I finally 'bit the bullet' as it were and dip dyed my hair, I decided to just do pink for the first time incase it went wrong, and it is actually harder than it looks when you do it alone. I used this video for guidance but didn't bleach my hair as it is already blonde. I didn't plat my hair either, because it would shorten it and deceive me to how far I was putting the dye up my hair. I separated my hair into two equal sides. I didn't part my hair in the middle like said on that video, as I wear it on the side and it would create an uneven line if I did. I started at the bottom and gradually worked my way up my hair and lightly feathered the colour up so it wouldn't create a harsh line, wrapped my hair tinfoil and left the dye on for about 20 minutes. I absolutely love how it turned out and I'm actually quite surprised I managed to do it as I have never dyed my hair myself before.

aloha

Hello world, my name is Sophie Foster. I am sixteen years old, from North East England. I am in sixth form, studying art, geography and sociology. I'm hoping to go to university after, I either want to be a dentist/orthodontist or an artist (quite a difference I know). This blog is going to be mainly a typical fashion/beauty/lifestyle type.
